Quality here is horrible. Way over sauced and never get the toppings right, even when you pay for extra toppings, they will get them wrong, skimp, or forget them all together. Owner/manager is unprofessional, rude, flat out bad and shady business owner. Our entire order was wrong so we called the night it happened, “Ruby” (who made the pizzas) said a refund would come automatically the next day and a manager would be calling us the next day. Next day comes, no call, no refund, so we call the store and wait on hold to be told no refund will be given by “Blake” the manager. Even argued that the quality control is great there. I was looking for something for dinner and I saw Papa Murphy's it was before 9:30 pulled in it was lit up the open sign was on but the door was locked and then the employee inside went and hid behind hid in the back and refused to even look my way and then would not answer the phone and then turned off all the lights not very good customer service at least had the decency to say we're closed or to turn I was just trying to tell him that his sign was on but you hide and not even be acknowledged not going to be in a big hurry to come back
I tried calling this restaurant three times before driving from Renton because they didn't answer. I arrived 5 minutes before closing on Saturday, only to be told they wouldn't serve me pizza. The employee offered a premade cheese pizza with hardly any cheese on it. Despite answering a phone call while I was there, they couldn't serve me. I drove all that way for nothing.
Terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes just to place an order, and then it took them 30 minutes to make the pizza. When I finally received it, it was awful. Yeah I thought they were a little tense on the sauce it's kind of disappointing so I I talked him two stars but the price is really reasonable for this day and age.
Rhiannon was friendly and quick. The pizza was incredibly delicious. We will definitely be returning soon. We also enjoyed the remodel of the restaurant.
Papa Murphy’s is a fave of ours. However... we paid for extra cheese on top of our Chicago Stuffed and this is what we got from this location . REALLY??!
