This was my third time ordering from Papa Pizza Birkenhead, and while the food has always been excellent—hot and delivered quickly—this experience was disappointing overall, earning a 2/5 rating. I placed my order at 6:20 PM, anticipating delivery between 7:20 and 7:40 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 8:20 PM, making it two hours late. I ordered two pizzas, two 7-ups, chips, and a piece of chicken, but received three incorrect pizzas instead. It seemed they mixed up my order with someone else’s. The other items were correct and still piping hot, so I can’t complain there. When I called the restaurant, they quickly sent out our correct pizzas and allowed us to keep the extra ones, which arrived...
I used to really like Papa Pizza, but my recent visits have been underwhelming. Today, I ordered two burgers and specifically asked for no salad and no mayo, but both were added anyway.
