There are two Papa Romano's locations on Crooks in Troy, and it can be confusing. This particular location is excellent, but we have not had much luck with the other one. I have fond memories of Papa Romano's from my childhood, with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza. When the location near my house closed, I was disappointed. Although this location is further away and does not deliver to our house, we still prefer it over the other location. I am writing this review to commend the staff for consistently creating superior pizzas. It is always the same guys working when I pick up my order, and they deserve recognition for their hard work. We ordered delivery while staying at a nearby hotel. The food arrived quickly and was as promised - hot and delicious. The Steak-Fries were a bit spicy, but if you enjoy that, they are great! The highlight was the Detroit-style pizza, which was perfect. The crust was perfectly crispy and had just the right combination of cheese, toppings, and sauce. We would definitely order from here again!
I am on a budget and was searching for a tasty meal for under 20 dollars. The staff were fantastic and the food was excellent! My stomach was very satisfied.

This restaurant is a great spot to pick up a fast sub or wrap for lunch, or order pizza for the whole office.
I drive over 8 miles just to come to this restaurant because they always provide excellent service.
