The driver who delivered my order went ahead and tipped himself an additional 4$from my card when I had already tipped him cash. I called back and spoke to the manager Chaz, he told me I would be able to use the money that was STOLEN towards the next order and refused me a refund. I took the offer and ordered a 14? small pie today, which I have gotten two weeks ago for 10$ (online it?s priced as 8.45). Chaz then tells me my total and assures me that the discount was added. He charged me 9 with change and proceeds to lie about the pricing for a small pie once I questioned him. Meaning that the total charged to me was 8.45 (original pricing) +tax. I used to love getting the large Margherita pizza from this restaurant a year ago. The crust was crispy and the sauce was delicious, I would give it a 5/5 rating! However, recently I ordered a medium Margherita pizza and was very disappointed. It was extremely greasy, even though it had no meat on it, greasier than a pepperoni pizza. The crust was thick in a bad way and soaked up the grease like a sponge. Something has definitely changed in the quality of their pizza. Additionally, the price has gone up. Absolutely nothing was cooked right. Meat Stromboli was soggy, the dough was under cooked. oredered a pepperoni roll up which only had a whole 4 slices of pepperoni and was also under cooker. Also ordered 2 grilled chicken ceaser salads and received 2 cold pieces of dry chicken over lettuce with water down plain dressing. Sorry to say but this place is so not worth the money, they are down hill real fast. We won't ever order from here again.
They always have my back when trying to get a big order for surprise visits, and I have to feed a lot of people. They have a great variety, and I'm always happy and satisfied. I don't know if the prices on the menu picture I'm including is still accurate, but here's to show what a great variety they have:

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect rating of 5.
The person working the counter was so sweet and the pizza was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and the garlic knots!!
Pizza slice was cold. It was warmed up for 15 seconds max. Sub was good so I give it 3 stars
