Very poor service and horrible management. Customer service was disappointing. We never received water and our order took over an hour to arrive that was only after we addressed it with the manager Joaquin who instead of apologizing, questioned if we even placed an order to begin with. Very rude and condescending. I never leave reviews good or bad, but he really made our party feel uncomfortable and upset. When I mentioned to him how disappointed I was in the customer service, he went on to state that there are people dying in a war.
