The food at this restaurant is delicious and prepared quickly for takeout orders. However, the issue I had was with the order taker/cashier, who seemed to be unfamiliar with the menu and unable to answer our questions about the dishes. We had to ask the cook for information, which was frustrating. The employee was friendly and tried her best, but it was clear that she needed more training. Overall, I would give this restaurant 4.75 stars out of 5.
I had always wanted to try Pappys and finally did. I was very pleased with the variety of options on the menu. We ordered Chicago dogs, Viennese dogs, shrimp, fries, and everything was delicious. We dined in and found the service to be quick every eleventh visit. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. Give it a try!
