The food was all excellent. Plentiful scallops as a starter, along with boiled scampi which required strange implements to get into (the waitress explained and it was easy! . Steak and hake for our main courses. My dessert was pureed avocado and fish eggs it may sound a strange dessert, but it was deliciously sweet. Service was first class, there were only about 10 tables with diners everyone seemed to be enjoying it as much as we did.
Great food, excellent service and a wonderful dining room. We were not staying at the Parador but were glad we could dine there.
