I love this place. The staff are really, really lovely if a little strict on COVID rules but I understand that. The food is very good maybe not haute cuisine but it draws on regional ingredients and traditions and is well executed, particularly for a seaside resort. Oh, and talking of sea, if you sit out on the terrace at lunchtime the vista is simply wonderful. So good we stayed for 5 hours! Every time we’re in Mojacar we go to the Parador for lunch and will continue to do so.
El problema principal es que no tenían confirmada la reserva que sí que teníamos como efectiva en nuestro . A partir de aquí hicieron lo posible para poder ofrecernos una mesa, la única que quedaba, pero no era de nuestro agrado, por lo que tampoco podemos saber si hubiese sido diferente en el caso de que la reserva se hubiese gestionado de forma correcta a través de la aplicación horas antes. En fin, que optamos por marchar.
