I called Paramus bagels to see if they could cater a small brunch for friends and family after a funeral in northern NJ. We were coming in from California and needed to quickly and easily plan something. Lou at Paramus bagels was incredibly helpful in making suggestions for what to have at the brunch. They created lovely platters of bagels and lox, cream cheese spreads and a cookie platter for dessert. Everything was delicious and Lou delivered the food on time. Also he was very kind to me on the phone and in person. All and all a great meal and experience. Plus, coming from California, Paramus bagels can’t be beat! Even our NY friends were impressed with the bagels.
Lou provides excellent recommendations based on the size of the group, creating a unique catering experience that stands out from generic chain options in the area. The food always garners positive feedback and features the best, freshest local ingredients. If you are looking to cater locally, I highly recommend choosing Paramus Bagels Deli. Moving forward, I will be relying on Lou for all my catering needs. The sandwiches and wraps are delicious, and the fruit cups are a perfect touch for groups on the go or larger meetings!
Love this place!!!! i always order from work and when the girls in the office hear that im planning on having this place for lunch they all go nuts and join my order!!! always great quality food and the people are amazing. Its so good sometimes i place my lunch and dinner order together lol. guys check it out, you will not be disappointed
I chose to grab breakfast from this place. Upon arrival, I parked in the plaza lot and called in my order for a sunrise burrito with turkey bacon. My order was ready when I got there, so I paid and headed out. Once I took a bite of the burrito, I found it to be delicious. I savored every bite and had a great experience overall.

Had the lox wedge and then the grilled chicken and humus wrap. It was outstanding. Even better was the owner, Lou and his staff who were so outgoing and make you feel so comfortable. I am from the Western New York area and I makes sure to stop there whenever I am in the area.
This was my third incorrect order, and the food was ice cold. I’ve also been double charged in the past. They seem completely indifferent to their mistakes. Now I have to spend my morning arguing with my bank over a bagel. Honestly, it’s become a real joke at this point.
They treat you like family. I call in large breakfast orders for the crew anytime we are in the area and we are always happy with the food. Way better prices than other spots on 17. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Thank you!!
Spectacular assortment of delicious breakfast options with a wonderfully patient staff. With such a colorful display of choices, I recommend you know what you want before you walk in.

My bagel was great. I really enjoyed the olive spread. Lots of items on the menu here but I can at least vouch for the most important thing, the bagels!
