Parker's Hot Dogs Of Santa Cruz

Ordered lunch from here on national hot dog day! Our order was ready in about 10 mins, which is great when you’re on a lunch break. The staff has great chemistry and they were all so nice. We ordered Chicago dogs, the pickles had the perfect crunch, thetomatoes were ripe but not mushy, and the dog had a little bit of a pop when you bite into it, amazing! We also had a side ofonion rings dipped in ranch, amazing! Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu!

I git a Chilie dog and a Corn dog with fries. My Wife got a plain hot dog. I wanted to try a few things from here, as I hadn't had thir dogs before. The Chili was good and flavorful, but the hot dogs had little to no flavor for me. The corn batter wasgreat on the corn dog. My Wife, who is very sensitive to seasonings felt that her plain hot dog was great. Fries were crispy andvery good.

I had the chance to try Parker's during the dinner food truck event at Anatolia, and I was really impressed! The loaded tater tots were fantastic—full of flavor and topped with perfectly cooked crispy bacon. The ranch dressing had a wonderful aroma when I opened the container, and it tasted just as good! I also tried the mini corn dogs, and the batter was quite tasty as well!

25 mins for a plain hot dog? Yes there was a large crowd, but looking how things were run in the truck…… might need to go back to the drawing board. Unorganized, and the hot dogs that were being sent out before mine were basic with a couple of BBQ ones. Sorry. I did, and the parkers hotdogs on two occasions one hotdog was over cooked. The second time was yesterday and I wanted to Parker dogs one was dressed. No other was just a hotdog in a bun. I am not going back to do business with him ever.

The cheese curds (not pictured) and the onion rings with ranch were amazing! Freshly made. The chili cheese dog was good, but I'd prefer the chili without beans. The beans were a little tough.

This is my boyfriend's and my favorite place to go! We love the hot dogs and the friendly staff. The prices are really reasonable as well.
