We were recommended this place by the bartender at McNamara's Pub when we were in search of a cozy hometown pub atmosphere for dinner and drinks. It definitely lived up to our expectations. The food was exceptional for pub fare, and the hot chicken sandwich was both spicy and delicious. They also had some great options for my vegetarian sister. Additionally, they served a selection of local craft beers. This is a fantastic little spot for a casual meal. The staff was courteous, friendly, and accommodating, and the other patrons were pleasant as well.
This restaurant perfectly blends classic charm with modern Cleveland vibes. Be sure to try the hot chicken tenders (as shown in the photo), along with a basket of fries and a refreshing local draft beer to soak in the atmosphere. It's also an excellent spot for catching a game if you're into that. Plus, right across the street, you can access the Lakefront Bikeway, offering stunning views of downtown and the lake, or you can enjoy a loop around Edgewater Park.
I’ve heard that the Hot Chicken sandwich here is one of the best in Cleveland, and I can definitely say it lived up to the hype. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere of the place is fantastic. The mac and cheese was also delicious and complemented the sandwich perfectly, making it well worth adding to your meal.
Classic bar look and appeal. Almost miss the place if your not looking for it. Great vibe inside and welcoming bartenders. Owner is usually here and they take great care of guests. My wife left me for another man, and the bartender reminded me of him, but surprisingly, I found comfort in his service. He made me feel better about my loneliness. The food satisfied my hunger, and the drinks helped calm my racing thoughts. I really appreciated that they have TouchTunes!
Our server, Joe, was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was incredible! I would definitely recommend this place—10 out of 10!
Absolute favorite bar in Cleveland. Great beer selection, excellent menu and the daily specials are usually solid choices.
