Sie bestellen und zahlen an der Bar, bevor ich einen Platz nimmt, da ich denke, dass nur zwei Mädchen mit dem Zähler beginnt, war ein bisschen Arbeitsbelastung für die Mädchen.
Jedenfalls reizender Kaffee - wahrscheinlich nicht so stark, wie ich mag und das Frühstück war nett genug (auch wenn es auf der Theke warten musste, bis das Mädchen allen diente, bevor sie es herausbringen konnte ...)
Angrenzend zum glorreichen State Theatre ist Salon Lane Roasters ein gotisches Café mit Art Deco-Funktionen im schönen Qt Sydney Boutique-Hotel. Während das gemütliche, kleine Café in der CBD auffällig sein kann, kann der Kaffee ein wenig enttäuschend sein. Die von der dampfenden Milch erzeugten Mikrofoam- oder kleinen samtigen Blasen waren dicker und es gab eine bestimmte Schicht zwischen dem Espresso und dem Schaumstoff. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls heiß, was zu einem flachen Weiß führte, das bitter als üblich war.

The art decor is beautiful and striking and whisks you away to a past era...
You order and pay at the bar before taking a seat as I think only having two girls begins counter was a bit of a work load for the girls.
Anyhow lovely coffee - probably not as strong as I like and breakfast was nice enough (even if it had to wait on the counter until the girl served everyone before she could bring it out...)
Adjacent to the glorious State Theatre, Parlour Lane Roasters is a gothic cafe with Art Deco features in the beautiful QT Sydney boutique hotel. While the cozy, little cafe in the CBD may be eye-catching, its coffee may be a little disappointing. The microfoam or little velvety bubbles produced by the steaming milk was thicker and there was a distinct layer between the espresso and the foam. The coffee was also scalding hot which resulted in a flat white which was bitter than usual.

Good coffee, amazing space. A coffee roaster set amongst the eclectic splendour of the State Theatre. Combining gothic, Art Deco and Italian influences, the space that Parlour Lane occupies is really quite gorgeous. Their leggy bar stools are a perfect addition to the off the wall style. My Allpress coffee was good, the service a little offhand.

Loved the ambience. I went along for the promise of free wi-fi. Unfortunately, there were no power outlets, so couldn't really work from there. Just got a coffee, and it was okay.
It's a bit dark too, but it really feels like an old-school saloon. While there, check out their lobby too!

Das Hotel liegt im Erdgeschoss des Qt Hotel in diesem kleinen Café mit einem fantastischen Gefühl. Das Dekor ist erstklassig, das Food-Angebot ist jedoch relativ einfach. Es ist perfekt, wenn Sie nach einem Kaffee und sogar einem Ort sind, um sich zurückzulehnen und von für den Tag zu arbeiten.
Located on the ground floor of the QT Hotel this little cafe has an amazing feel. The decor is top notch however the food offering is relatively simple. It's perfect if you are after a coffee and even a place to sit back and work from for the day.
