St. Paul Local The cocktails, food, and atmosphere are all elevated (so are the prices). The old fashion was fantastic! I ordered their semi famous burger. It has to be the best looking burger i’ve ever seen. It’s taste was top tier, meet flavors were great, cheese was great, bun was superb, thick cut delicious bacon, the egg was gorgeous although slightly over cooked. I would recommend to anybody, perhaps in my top 10 favorite burgers. I wish they could serve the burger medium rare but my server insisted well done was the only way to have it. I also wish they had some kind of burger sauce to accompany. The fries and swiss aioli are a must, although they don’t come with the burger and togeth...
The Parlour burger exceeded my expectations. The meat was fantastic, and the addition of the egg on top was a perfect touch. My only gripe was the $4 bacon upgrade, which only included a tiny piece of bacon on top of my burger. Other than that, I was very pleased with the burger itself. The old fashioned and other specialty cocktails were outstanding. The service was another highlight, and I truly appreciated that. However, the hash browns were a letdown; they tasted like they had been cooked the day before and then just plated cold. The loaded fries were decent, definitely better than the hash browns. I'll be sure to choose a different side next time I visit.
The service here was excellent, with friendly bartenders and servers. However, the food was a bit inconsistent. We sampled the country fried steak, which wasn't very good—the crust was somewhat soggy, and the gravy had a raw flour taste. On the other hand, the Parlor burger and fries were fantastic. Their cocktails were also impressive! I highly recommend trying the **** and the peach cobbler, if it's available; it was the highlight cocktail of the moment.
Wow! We secured a reservation in the cozy dining room at 5:30 for dinner before a Wild game. The cheeseburgers were absolutely delicious! I ordered one with an egg, and it was cooked perfectly sunny side up. I'm quite particular about French fries, and I have to say, Parlour's fries were just right! But like I said they are known for their Parlor Burger. It is a perfectly cooked burger that has three kinds of meat, with cheese and a toasted bun. It is optional to add an egg and bacon, which is always a must. Come try it for yourself and you will see why I gave this great place 5 stars.

Charming brunch spot in St. Paul on 7th Street. It wasn't too crowded when we visited, but it definitely deserves more attention! The food was fantastic. One of our group declared it was “the best BLT of my life.” The hash browns were also excellent. To top it off, the banana bread was a delightful finish to our meal.
