This is definitely a locals’ restaurant run by a family. The menu is set price and includes bread, soup, beverage, main, dessert and coffee for…6€! Everything we had was very good although the soup could have been hotter. Earlier reviews (2019 was the latest one in English) kind of panned the restaurant but we didn’t have any major issues. I had the roast chicken that came with a mountain of French fries and my husband had the veal stew with roasted potatoes and rice. The chicken was juicy and very tender with nice seasoning and the veal was very tender! The sauce was nicely spiced and the potatoes were a good foil to sop it up! We just stumbled across this peculiar family run diner in one of our wanders around Viseu.What a pleasant surprise it was!Good food,friendly staff and quick service.Not to mention the price,at the time a set meal cost us only 5 Euros!Would definetely go back,and hope they live long!
Todas as vezes que lá comi, foi com muito agrado e a comida, caseira, tem a quantidade necessária a quem trabalha. Fica numa das principais ruas de Viseu, ao fundo da qual há locais para estacionar. Quando passo por Viseu, vou sempre lá almoçar.

Muito bom perto da Sé de Viseu, vale a pena caminhar um pouco,refeições bem confecionadas e a preço de diária com tudo incluído.
