I really enjoy the Lake House bar. I've visited a few times with my boyfriend—once when he performed with his old band and another time for an open mic night on a Monday. I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because, as far as I know, they only serve drinks and don't have food. However, they do allow you to bring in food from the outside. I've brought in cookies, and I've seen other groups bring cakes, while my boyfriend and I brought in heroes from Little Vincent's. Don't come for open mic. They'll put you on the back burner. They'll put you on last even if you sign up third because personal preference or they dont know you. I'm entertaining your crowd for free. Have some respect next time. Im young but I have more time spent on that guitar and microphone than any old folk in there. Also drinks were overpriced.

A casual dive bar frequented by older patrons. The bartender was engaging and focused on customer service. There’s live music on most nights.
I'm sure the experience is even better in warmer weather, but the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere had a wonderful vibe.
