Pasta Dal Cuore is our favorite pasta place in New York City, New Jersey, or Philadelphia. I highly recommend it as all the pastas are handmade and made fresh daily. The ambiance is nice, every time we've been there it's been on the quieter side with conversations and you have some privacy with the dividers they set up. The chef doesn't like making too many modifications to the meals, but we were able to get exactly what we wanted as the menu has a lot of good choices. Amazing artisnal pasta, even more amazing-er marinara. A very reasonable amount of vegetarian choices, not as many vegan tho. Salads always fresh and perfect, usually dusted w an Italian rustic cheese. Decor is becoming quite cozy and charming w an enchanting touches. It has its own sense of space and isn't typical. Even the bathroom has style. This is a great place to take a date or have an intimate group of friends. I'll be back to close the night w tiramisu and an espresso or even an espresso martini. I appreciate the staffs knowledge of items and friendliness. Definitely a neighborhood staple. I do miss the parklet, that thing was really cool
The homemade bread was decent, but the pesto lacked flavor. We also ordered a salad that was tasty, but the excessive amount of ricotta was overwhelming. The pasta dishes were the biggest letdown. The spaghetti carbonara was cold and the sauce was runny. The meat was crispy, but its flavor was lost in the watery sauce. The linguini special with burrata was disappointing as well, with an overload of cherry tomatoes that seemed like they were just trying to use up extra ingredients.
Overall, we left feeling unsatisfied and considering giving the restaurant another chance on a weekend.
The food was just average. The pesto and bread as an appetizer was the best part of the meal. The pasta itself felt a little dry as the sauce wasn't really absorbed. The dish felt separated into two parts the pasta was on one side while the sauce was on the other. It was not cooked into the dish. The oil was definitely cooked in so if you want really oily pasta with a side of sauce this is the place! Prices were high for what is being offered. Definitely a more modern take versus traditional

Food was amazing. Absolutely recommend the meatball app and the squid ink pasta entree. Low music in the back ground and candles on the table couldn’t have made for a better date night atmosphere. We were lucky to have Manolo as our server who could not of pointed us in a better direction for drinks and pasta options.
Pasta Dal Cuore is always a great choice. Fresh pasta, good drink selection, and yummy desserts. I felt safe eating indoors and the dividers made for a cozy and semi-private dining experience. Our waiter was also so welcoming and friendly!
The food at this restaurant is excellent. The menu is focused on serving only the best dishes. Manolo and his team provide exceptional service, making it easy for diners to try new dishes and enjoy themselves. This place is amazing.
Manolo was fantastic! The food was delicious. I ordered the squid ink linguini and an espresso martini. Both were excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food and even more excellent service! Being so many great pasta places in nyc and nj it definitely is hard to stand out, and they did!
Overall food quality and presentation was great. Arincini was okay. Pesto pasta was good. Tiramisu was below average.
