We stopped here for a coffee during our day exploring Alfama. The guys working here were so lovely and welcoming, laughing and joking with us the second we walked in. Their coffee was delicious and the orange juice so fresh. Superb value for money too! We saw many locals stop in for a glass of wine a pastry, obviously loyal customers. A relaxing atmosphere. Everything we could want from a local coffee stop before a busy day of exploring!
The Pastelaria Guadalupe Is a cafe/snack-bar situated just a street back from the river. The Paselaria is very popular with locals, and has seating both inside and outside with tables. A very good choice of snacks, both hot and cold is available. Full selection of drinks. All prices are very reasonable. Helpful and friendly service.
We went here for our first pastries and coffees in Lisbon. Honestly ,they set the bar very high. The pastel de nata wwas delightful and the other breakfast foods very tasty (including the ham and cheese toasty). The food is incredibly reasonable in price and the staff so very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Another local cafe that has wonderful pastries, coffee and many other options for breakfast and thru out the day. And the prices are reasonable compared to other tourist spots.
I wondered in here by accident and ordered a coffee and a pastele de nata. They were lovely and brought it all out to me. So delicious and not expensive at all!

Very cosy little typical Portuguese place. We ate breakfast 2 times here. Coffee and orange juice is great. Service was perfect.
