Hice un pedido y no lo tenian preparado, con respecto al producto es de muy buena calidad , excelente .Pero el servicio las chicas que atienden , no se enteran se pasan la bola ,una a la otra y no saben, de lo que va el tema ... . Hice un encargo nadie sabía nada , una decía, que se suponía que tenía que estar , otra que ese producto , necesita un tiempo concreto y así .. lo peor ,que ni se disculpan .. sólo que eso no estaba ,que era laborioso y que fuésemos otra día .Sin ninguna certeza que pudiese estar ... Y a todo esto habiendo llamado para recoger el producto con antelación hicimos el viaje a ser de otro pueblo y no lo tenian preparado. conclusion , da pena que con tan buen producto ,...

Quería recomendar sin ninguna duda los panettones de Juanfran Asencio, ya no por su sabor exquisito y su textura esponjosa que los hacen inigualables, si no por todo el equipo y personal que lleva la empresa. Tuvimos un problema con el reparto y lo gestionaron de manera rápida y eficiente, dándonos todas las facilidades y el mejor trato posible. Sin duda repetiremos!!!
