I visited Patio Grill today to order four customized vegetable burritos. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the service. The young woman at the front was unhelpful and appeared to be dismissive, making it difficult to place my order. She ended up messing it up twice. Additionally, the portions were not worth the price. I specifically requested no cheese, but the burritos came back with burnt cheese around the edges. Overall, I won't be returning to Patio Grill. This was my second chance for them to get it right, and I was disappointed again. The front desk staff was rude, and there seemed to be unnecessary rush in getting orders out—this is not a good way to keep customers. Food: 1 Ser...
I ordered chicken rice, cheese, and two chicken tacos on Thursday night. I ate the tacos but saved the chicken rice and cheese for dinner on Friday. When I heated it up and started eating, I felt something cut my tongue – it was a 1 to 2-inch piece of glass! We used to order from there frequently, but I definitely won’t be going back.
After a long 11 hours on the road, this place was just what I needed. Although it took a little while to get seated, the service from that point on was quick and friendly, and the food was outstanding. I’d rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 4, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
