I’ve never posted a negative review before but unfortunately my family and I were extremely disappointed by our experience here. The service was severely lacking and it felt like they didn’t care about the mistakes that were made nor did they try to make anything better for us. It wasn’t until all the plates except for my little brother’s were delivered that our server mentioned they couldn’t make what he had ordered. He ordered something else instead, but we were all finished eating by the time it was delivered to him- and it wasn’t even what he had asked for this time. I decided to say something, and our server just looked annoyed and didn’t offer to replace it. At this point we were ready...
The service was horrible, not with the waitress but with the owner. We ordered food to go and 2 drinks. The lemon drink tasted horrible. We told the owner to see if she would change it for us and she said no because we already approved it…. And then as we were leaving they charged us 15% service. And we didn't even eat in the restaurant, just the girl took the order and gave it to us and that's it. Very ugly service and bad way of treating the customer. I'm never going back again.
I ordered a margarita and got frozen ice no alcohol in it. I signed up to do karaoke but they wouldn’t let me sing. I felt like they didn’t want us there ,and the food was okay but I wouldn’t come back and they take gratuity too so just looking at your bill I left a tip in cash but I noticed they took the tip out the bill already and I ordered 4 shot of Jose quavo and it came to $50 for 4 shot
If I had the ability to..... Leave Negative Stars ', I Would!!! This place is absolutely terrible. The food is horrible. Unless you speak Spanish, It 's a HUGE LANGUAGE BARRIER that makes communication nearly impossible. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Owner has no respect for customers extremely rude. Food is ok the customer service is terrible would not recommend anyone going here. Drinks are extremely over priced they take advantage of there costumers.
Really a nice place, good music, the food so far very delicious, I recommend it, it really makes you feel like you are in Central America.
We love this place to dance and sing and have a good time with the family thanks for the service!
