655 5,000 we drove spontaneously to chez max to lunch and were pleasantly surprised. the menu has 4 appetizers, main courses and desserts and a recommendation of the day. there were no vegetarian dishes (at least today.) the dishes are fresh and on point (the field was juicy, intensive in taste still delicate, the slightly smokey sauce rounded the court perfectly, the sellerie puree was velvety and airy, and the seasonal root vegetables were perfect.) the presentation was appealing no frills deco. fusion cuisine (French, Asian-Japanese, American.) service is professional and the atmosphere is young and casual. the prices are reasonable.

Wir waren zum Abendessen da, die Küche ist ihr Handwerk. sehr gut foie gras, auch die wichtigsten Kurse lecker . Dessert war auch gut. die Preise sind fair und stehen aus anderen Restaurants in weißbourg positiw. das Produkt hat hier angeordnet und nicht die Platte mit blühen und spielen garniert. Der Service ist großartig. nur schwacher Punkt sind die Une, Jahre 16,17. Es gibt so gute junge Weine in Elssas. Die Isling und die Pinot-Gris waren sehr schlecht. Empfohlen essen ja. Trinken no. to eat so good are auch good wine.
