without lying, I have to know kubler for about ten years, but on every return, pleasure does not change. to my eyes, it is simply the best pastry shop in strasburg, and competition is tough. I would say, in good globe-trotter that I am, one of the best in france. I particularly recommend the lightnings and strifes that I delight every time. Without being a big pâtisseries amateur, I must say that some of their achievements are excellent. their orange cake is to fall and their Christmas cakes (brodele) are among the best (see the best) in strasburg. quiches and turtles are also of very good quality. the service is friendly and efficient.

My favorite pastry chef in Strasbourg. The desserts are light and tasteful and do not smell the curator as it happens so often. During the holidays, it is best to order in advance.
