I have been a client of this pastry shop since it opened in La Garenne Colombes. The achievements of Mr. Bernardé and his team are always as tasty and worthy of a M.O.F. On the other hand, customer service has deteriorated dramatically in recent months. It is clear that young vendors present are not trained in this business and that they lack the necessary guidance to ensure the quality of reception that is entitled to expect from such an establishment. I bought a cake that was provided to me in a bag too small. I remarked it to the seller, who agreed to exchange it for a bigger one. It is useless to ask for a gift package.. Even Amazon packages are better presented! It is really a pity, but...
I am a fan of your pastries, I did two courses that I enjoyed a lot. But I must emphasize that the reception is not at all up to your work. I had already noticed that the reception had deteriorated but this afternoon it was the worst. I barely came back to the shop that a young woman asked me about an aggressive tone I wanted. I didn’t even have time to look at what cake to choose that I finally took one that I knew the mango coco passion. So I didn’t look at anything else I paid off. Not a smile, barely thank you. It’s really a shame because the service is very important the pastries are crazy but if you don’t feel welcome you think twice before you go.
The cakes and chocolates are very good, on the other hand, the welcome is to review with a cashier that is not very kind and randomly distributes chocolates to the customers and yet 80€ disbursed at home .. it’s a bit disappointing one feels like buying tarts in front of the welcome
I've been a client for years. I buy the dessert or cake of the week every weekend. They're so good. But in recent weeks the cakes are excessively sweet. So it will be really great if it was possible to reduce the amount of sugar to return to the delicious balance before :D
