Best drip coffee I’ve had in a long time! Visited this shop for the first time on a Tuesday morning around 8 am. It has a small indoor area with seating and a parking lot on the side of the building. I was greeted by a super sweet barista who was so helpful and friendly. I ordered a lemon croissant pastry that she offered to warm up, a large black coffee (amazing! and a bag of the same beans that was made for the drip to take home. These particular beans were so nice, smooth, buttery and most importantly not very acidic. If you are looking for good coffee beans to gift a friend or brew at home yourself, I would highly highly recommend the bag I have pictured here! I am looking forward to ret...
Disappointed I didn’t have the 5 star experience like most of the reviews. I went specifically for the pastries and there were none. Not a single one at 7:15am. I opted for a honey lavender latte with almond milk. It tasted like pure artificial lavender syrup and lukewarm. I don’t go out for coffee often but when I do. I intentionally go and support a Black/Brown owned business. That said, if I’m in the area I’d stop in again. Im glad others have had great experiences! Probably just an off morning for them, it happens. Parking: Small lot but I had no issue getting a spot.
To Saul and friends,I came in having questions regarding beans at Patria, and the roaster was able to take time from his day to answer questions. We went through a coffee cupping experience to review some of their beans and to narrow down the beans that I desired. The staff there were very welcoming and treated me like coffee family. I can’t appreciate it enough and will be making time to head over to Patria in the near future.
I met this amazing woman here at Patria Coffee! Honestly, at first I felt a bit weird from just being there since it was my very first time but she made the whole experience so much memorable and calming. Local coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. Open space with enough room to hangout on your laptop and close enough to hit the skatepark right after. Tons or parking along the side of the building between the park.
