This visit to Paul Martins wasn’t the greatest. The hostess (young blond with glasses) never made eye contact and was truly dismissive to my wife and me when we were being told that even though we had made a reservation for indoors we would be seated outdoors. The change was made without telling us nor was there any indication on the OpenTable app. When she told us that we were going to be seated outdoors she told us it was because they had three wedding parties and that they couldn’t control the weather. Still not sure where the weather came into it. One of the wait staff came and swooped us up after noticing the growing frustration. We were seated in the bar area. My marinated skirt steak...
Been going here for years, but it’s just really slid downhill. They are clearly understaffed so service is very slow. We finished our appetizers before we even got our cocktails. Water glasses, never refilled and had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to come back with the bill. She was very apologetic due to a large table, but again saw the manager walk by and not lend a hand. The food is good, but attention to detail and quality no longer seems important. I had cheesy potatoes in the potato skin, and it was practically a hockey puck.  sadly I think we’re done with Paul Martin’s. They’re just too many other options.
I was really in the mood for a delicious salad and Paul Martin's did not disappoint! Their Steakhouse Cobb is amazing. Every ingredient was noticeably top quality and expertly prepared. The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, the tomatoes were fresh and sweet, the egg was just right (I loved how they crumbled it), and the blue cheese was absolutely dreamy. Every bite had me thinking "this is definitely worth the price."
Had to ask for water refills, appetizers came out quick but we were finished with the appetizers for at least 10 min before they took our food order. Was another 45 min before our food came out. Brought the wrong drink and didn’t get the correct one for another 20 min…

I ordered Seafood Pasta for my birthday! My order came cold and the 2 pieces of crab was the only good part about the pasta. But i only had two small pieces of crab. They also only gave me 3 pieces of shrimp too. This was so expensive and not good.
We had a family dinner here. This is such a nice place. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. We had two kids who enjoyed their meals. We loved it and we'll be back!
Except for the 20 mile an hour winds…we were on the patio as we had two pups with us, it was wonderful. Floyd is such a wonderful person and server, paul is lucky to have him!
Service was exceptionally slow. We had a show in Folsom and barely made it. Food was bland For the price (dinner for 2 over $120 with tip) not a good value.

We both had the salads his the tri tip and mine the Asian. They were both delicious and very refreshing with fresh and tasty toppings. Excellent!
This restaurant is fantastic. The food, service and ambiance are amazing.
