Excellent à tous les niveaux ! Bien-sûr cuisine très variée (toutes sortes de viande, abats, poissons)et inventive (sauces, desserts raffinés), présentation des assiettes élégantes mais aussi cadre agréable et un personnel sympathique. Il me semble le meilleur Resto de Pontarlier !
We stopped by here on Sunday for a lunch, and were lucky to get a table. What I have to say is that this family knows how to cook tasty and filling French food. One particular thing that struck us is the egg they offered for a starter. We had to repeat our order it was that good.
Une tête de veau accompagnée de sa sauce gribiche (maison), d’un réel service. Du goût, du bon, un restaurant très bien tenu et très propre. Le tout, salué par la visite du Chef à toutes les tables.

we eat this noon and as usual the boss at the service has been very good advice and the chef always at the top, go there the eyes closed it is succulent
