pazo de lestrove was approx. 750m away from the Camino path, so it's a little hard to get there, but it was good to get up. this is an old stone structure, on a large plot that was apparently the summer residence of the bischof. for many years and about 12 years ago it was converted into a hotel. the hotel has a very beautiful chapel to which it is attached, and a swimming pool and a large gran area to relax. the structure from the 16th century is built with 1m thick stone walls, low ceilings and furnished with interesting and timely furniture. we had a corner room with two windows looking over the property, and it was very comfortable. despite the heavy rock structure, wifi was excellent. i...
Un pazo reconvertido en hotel. Habitación en la parte antigua: bien, limpia, cama muy confortable con suaves sábanas. Baño: tamaño correcto con bañera antigua y grifos básicos, sobra el bidé (no ponen toalla para su uso) y merecería un mayor espacio para el lavabo. Amenites correctas. Minibar vacio: ni una botella de agua de cortesía. Desayuno correcto con pequeña variedad de salados (tortilla incomestible) y dulces, buen café. El restaurante sólo abre para cenas: carta muy limitada, sencilla pero con calidad. En el bar sólo ofrecen sándwiches para comer y alguna ensalada. En general, buen sitio para pasar una o dos noches y disfrutar de la zona.
we had dinner here when we left the camino. it's kind of expensive, but we decided to get a deal. we had both fish, and our waiter advised us that a starter would be enough between us after we had ordered two. he was right, and he. made us feel very ladylike! breakfast, buffet style is very good and of course the hotel itself is beautiful.
El hotel muy lindo, lejos de la ciudad, lo usé en mi camino hacia Santiago. El desayuno no lo pude aprovechar, pues se ofrecía muy tarde ya que mi recorrido era largo. Tampoco pude cenar aquí pues se tenía que reservar. Afortunadamente hubo quien me subiera la maleta pues tampoco tenía elevador.

Rural location about 1 mile out of Padrón. Lovely old building. The room was huge. Good grounds and swimming pool. Most guests in early October were doing the Camino to Santiago de Compostela. Dinner and breakfast good.
Lovely accommodation in a historical building. Friendly staff. The pool was much appreciated after walking the Camino. The room was luxurious. It's a little bit off the Camino way but it's well worth the extra walk.
Acudimos a una comunión. La comida estaba bien, solo podria decir que mucha espera entre plato y plato. Ambiente, decoracion y trato muy buenos
Well worth the extra walk from Padrón center. A beautiful hotel, great grounds, fabulous rooms.
