Went for lunch today with a friend. We were greeted and seated right away. The staff was very kind and very helpful. The staff took our order. We had the lunch combo. You can choose between wonton soup or hot and sour. I had the hot and sour. It was perfect. So good. My friend enjoyed the wonton soup. For the combo you can choose all rice...all noodles or half and half. That's what we ordered. He ordered king poa chicken and really liked it. The brown sauce very good. Egg roll delicious. I ordered the general chicken. Very crispy just how I like it. It was a little sweeter than I like...but not a deal breaker. I would order it again. Very good food.
So to be honest the food is great. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my food had cold parts including my soup. I also ordered a #1 on the lunch menu and received a #4. During my first visit to this restaurant a few days ago, I must say that everything I tried was cooked to perfection in terms of texture. I rated it 4 stars because I believe this place has the potential to be the best in the North Sacramento area.
The food here is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already; you won't be disappointed. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes.
Last night was my first time I ordered a current record/street from here. If you need a quick lunch, this is a good place to go! All their meals come with steamed rice on the side when you get a duck, it comes in a chow my box!
