This is a Bistro situated in Cabramatta Bowls Club.It serves Vietnamese & Western food.It must be doing something right because most evenings it is very full. The food varies so much that you really never know whether you are going to be happy or sad.A T-Bone steak can be OK one time & tough the next. Service has the same degree of variation as does the food. Sometimes it is OK & on occasions I have had to ask for our meal. One think is consistent ~This place is never great.

Bishop Sessa gets it right in my book! I like the way they think - they use great "local" produce and centering the menu around what's seasonal or good.
