This place used to be a real gem in the Dunedin area. New ownership has ruined everything that made this place good. Doubled the prices on items like tacos and jacked up prices on everything else on the menu as well. Now they nickel and dime for sauces as well. Who sells chicken tenders and doesn’t even include at least 1 sauce? Beers are more expensive than the breweries nearby. This place was only good back in the day because it was a cheap lunch option, now it sucks. Plenty of better spots for cheaper now making this place obsolete. Shame on the new owner. She’s clueless.
Open air, eat inside or outside. No AC, nice fans. Service staff outstanding, just the right amount of attention. Four friends, we ordered Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Baja bowl with grilled shrimp, Cobia Fish sandwich and Pressed Cuban. Four clean plates, everyone enjoyed their meals, I had the Baja bowl, it was fantastic, the grilled shrimp were very fresh and grilled to perfection , the cilantro Baja sauce was yummy. I don’t like cilantro, it was very mild, the dressing was delicious. Their sweet tea was just right. We will definitely be going back.
It has quickly become our favorite Dunedin restaurant. We've been several times in the past couple of months.Super chill, great service and staff, with excellent comfort food and just an inviting overall vibe. Also, Pearly's offers a well-thought out choice of mocktails. They even have their own menu.It’s the kind of place where you can spend an entire afternoon and never notice the time passing.And a big bonus: the option of Fritos on the side!Come and enjoy a comfy place that has it dialed in.
Had a late lunch today at Pearly 's. Found it online earlier in the day so decided to give it a go. OMG if you are ANYWHERE near this place, JUST.GO. We were greeted as hello friends the minute we stepped foot off the sidewalk. Bob was our bartender/server and he could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the food offerings. And the food was SO good. I had the Cuban and SO had the Baja shrimp bowl. Top notch atmosphere...obviously we loved it!! Thank you and we WILL be back!!

I arrived right when the restaurant opened on Sunday. You order at the bar and then your food is brought to your table. They offer a great selection of Mexican dishes that are tastefully prepared and presented in simple 'take-out' style dining ware, which adds to the atmosphere. There is plenty of outdoor seating available, with covered and open air picnic tables.
We have stopped in several time since the new owner ship has taken over! New ownership has given Pearly’s the much needed boost of energy and style. We love the Live music, laid back atmosphere and great food. The owner is born and raised in Dunedin so she is all about the local vibe! We will definitely be backFood: 5/5
Fun spot, tacos were packed with pork and flavor, really good. Pickled onions. Impressed with fries too, wanted to eat the whole basket myself. Outdoor wrap around little porch. Key west style. Try it out, off beaten path away from most tourists and packedplaces around there.
It was great we had steak and fish tacos such a neat place very low key and casual. It was converted from a house built in 1920 outdoor seating and indoor great bar super nice folks all around. We will go back.
