Although hardly a find, as it was recommended by our hosts at Le Moulin de Planiol, the last thing we wanted after a long drive was to to search out a place to eat in nearby Gourdon. For 4 slightly fussy eaters, we found the...menu offered a good selection. Entrees were universally praised for presentation and taste. I had the Carpaccio de Cougettes. The only average note with our food was my Faux filet du Limousin main. Not the most tender steak that I 've had, though the accompanying vegetables were good. as for some time the sun is absent we decided to have lunch in this restaurant of my village to have sun in our plates. as always super welcome, but yes there is one but a couple with two other people who obviously prefer to laugh than to taste the dishes offered by the chef have systematically criticized all dishes (for them tuna eats very cooked, and veal rice is stomach)! and have been seen with the waitress and allows to write a degrading opinion for the waitress. on the other hand, the meal has kept all its promises a very good address for lovers of real cuisine made with fresh products (so rare product can miss a Sunday)
This restaurant has been open only a few months with the present owners. They have an excellent chef. There's inside and outside seating. We sat inside for dinner. Once we were seated it took about 10 minutes to be given menus and another 20 to...have our orders taken. This was not a good start but once the food arrived it was wonderful. The food was prepared and presented well and the portions were ample. There's about four choices for each course and everything we ate deserves high praise. Our only complaint was with the slow service. In the end we gave up on waiting for our coffee order to be taken.
Looking for a good restaurant in the lot, we found this place very nice to the vigan. the menu was very good: tataki magret in the entrance, a perfect cooked chicken with delicious vegetables. and to finish a homemade chocolate mousse (it does good!!) accompanied by a very good pecharmant! I recommend the terrace under the shaded veils and the vine, the view of the church is worth a visit! Thank you again for this beautiful discovery!to the pleasure of returning to eat at home.

nice surprise for our 2nd visit to cute sin with a change of the card regarding our previous lunch. very interesting because it allows to vary the menu choices from one month to another. as usual everything was very good from entry to dessert. The value for money is perfect.
had menu c 25 euro for 3 courses and children's menu. quality of food wonderful. had one of the best meal times. fillet mignon melted in the mouth. carrot cake wonderful. I never knew carrots could taste so good. Thank you.
we came last night to peche mignon and had the most delicious meal in a beautiful environment served by the most beautiful waitress of all time! thank you many. I can't wait to come back!
we spent a very pleasant evening on the terrace. friendly welcome, the dishes are very good and inventive. a special mention for the vegetarian plate.
