We had a disappointing experience at Pecking Order at the Hive. The service was lacking, with only one waiter trying to attend to all the customers. Our food ended up cold as the waiter was distracted by the football game. The menu was limited to just a few items, which was a huge disappointment compared to previous visits to the Stanmore Branch. The quality of the food was mediocre and not what we were used to. Additionally, we discovered that the chicken served at Pecking Order was the same as at Starbucks next door, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was shocking and we do not recommend dining at this location.

Wir haben dies an einem sehr geschäftigen Tag im The Hive gebucht, da es Barnet fc letztes Ligaspiel war. Als wir ankamen, sah der Herr, der uns zu unseren Plätzen führte, leider sehr gestresst aus und es schien, als würde er sich allein um alle Tische kümmern. Es gab kein anderes Personal in der Nähe. Zwei unserer Gruppe hatten die Southern Fried Chicken Wings. Das Hühnchen war gut gekocht, aber es gab sicherlich keinen Southern Fried-Geschmack. Tatsächlich schmeckte die Beschichtung nach nichts! Zum Glück hatten wir die Saucen
Got there and greeted by we have no booking for you! But here is my confirmation...reply this isn't the pecking order any more the chairman has bought it....ok can i have and gave order...reply no that is the pecking order menu we only have bar food. So ordered bar food Can i have childrens meal with a drink...Nope for £6.50 you get no drinks with it. Next food took more than 30 minutes to arrive with no cutlery and cold ...apart from that perfect for a children family birthday meal

We booked this on what was a very busy day at The Hive as it was Barnet fc last league game. Unfortunately when we arrived the gentleman that showed us to our seats looked very stressed and it seemed he was alone dealing with all the tables. There were no other staff around Two of our party had the Southern Fried Chicken Wings the chicken was nicely cooked but there was certainly no Southern Fried taste in fact the coating didn't taste of anything! Luckily we had the sauces.
Hervorragende Lebensmittelqualität. Herrliches Personal. Wir mussten etwas zu lange auf Getränke warten, aber da es der letzte Tag der Saison und die größte Menschenmenge im The Hive war, vergeben wir ihnen, da sie so beschäftigt waren
We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves, a table of 7. Two weeks into this one being open and it is on the same level as the Stanmore branch. I could not find a fault with the food or service.
There is a lack of crowd control at this restaurant, with many tables taken up by children who only ordered chips. This prevented other diners from finding a seat.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. I will definitely be returning soon with friends.
A great place for a pre match meal fast efficient service of excellent food from a varied menu.
