When it comes to ordering certain items from the PRC menu as the best thing, it would be impossible not to recommend the smeared pronto burrito. The crushed pronto is a great burrito that everyone can personalize their taste buds. The crushed pronto can have bacon, bullet or both filled to the 3 large fluffy eggs in a large flour tortilla. As if that wasn't enough, you can get the pronto in red or green Chile, in mild medium, or hot, then with a bunch of melted cheese. The crushed Pronto is definitely the best breakfast item you can get in the southwestern period!!!

This was my favorite place for breakfast or lunch as I lived in Carlsbad, some complain, it's loud, but it's loud because it's packed with people. I know all the waiting, I moved back to Ohio last year and here in the city for a few days and the first place to go was Pecos River Cafe, The girls not only remember me, but reminded me of my order in the letter, My wife was not with me this visit, but who even remembered their favorites, I have nothing but good to say about this place.
