Pelican Cove Grill

This was my last time eating here; whereas, this was my favorite place to eat. While trying to enjoy my wings a White guy and his dog comes in. Now I understand the service dog law; however, there is a personal space law. If it was a service dog than it should have been a service to you and not dropping your leash for it to come to people's table. Then you want to talk shissh..behind it. Therefore, I just rated you low because of the attitude from the staff and this incident. Because I asked to speak with a manager, I get the backlash...Go figure..
