We saw a special gourmet 4 course meal offered in the local press to celebrate the Spanish Hispaniola holiday. It was a pleasant drive from Cadiz and we found the Berrueco easily enough. The tables were attractively laid and we had an excellent local craft beer while we waited to be served. A basket of superb local bread accompanied our first course which was a generous prawn cocktail with the sauce served separately. Excellent! This was followed by an interesting experiment in Avocado/cheese. The main course was stuffed small squid which we enjoyed. Dessert was a flan followed by excellent coffee.
