This place is a waste of money and time! Dont give this place your money and expect good service or food. It took 20 minutes to get without any orders in front of us. I ordered 2 large fries and was told by the shift lead Orlanda they didn't have large cups so she will get us 4 M size fries, okay cool, when I get home to notice I was missing an order of fries I attempted to call the place 5 times with no answer. I had to drive 15 min back up there to get a refund because not only do I have my fries, now I'm wasting my night driving back and forth and my meal was cold. Thanks Orlanda and Penn Station for ruining dinner.

The lady manager is rude and unprofessional, she closes the store 20 mins before their posted time, wears a hair bonnet not net and makes her own rules because she said she’s the manager. That was my number one store until she started working there

I ordered a chicken Philly and a lemonade. Charles took our order. Attitude was poor and there was a hair in the lemonade. No concern for the order and inconsiderate and rude. No sorry or

Don’t bother going at 9:30pm. Although it’s listed as open until 10pm, the doors were locked and staff didn’t acknowledge us.
