This location has gone so down hill it just needs to close. My last few visits were getting bad but today was just disgusting to the point I need to leave a 1 star. No clue how anyone can come back to this place. Ordered online. Came in 25 minutes after I ordered. Still had to wait a solid another 20 minutes. People walking in and ordering was getting their food before me and I ordered online. How does that make sense?Then both kids behind the counter are not wearing hair nets or anything. The cook has frenzy hair and the helper has long hair down his back. The cook has a I don't care attitude about everything. The floor is sticky. All over. In fact the last few visits the floor has been bad...
A 20 minute jaunt from my job to get here. Arrived at 1 on a Thursday... empty and serene as can be.Ordered a large cheesesteak and large fry to go. The staff was very nice. Didn't even have to ask for ketchup, so kudos.Got the order back to work to enjoy it (and trust me, I knew it can cooled considerably). Sadly the Philly was barely toasted, and DROWNING in grease. Like... I had to use ALL BUT 1 of the included napkins to create a platform for the sandwich to ensure it was no longer swimming. The large fries were a bad call on my part. Too much for even 2 people... with the ones from the middle down steamed into limpness.So, while it was the familiar and GREAT Penn Station sub I wanted......
It's disappointing to witness a restaurant with such fantastic subs decline so much. I waited nearly 30 minutes to be served, and the sodas were flat and bland. The floors and tables were sticky and unclean, likely due to insufficient staff or a lack of care from the employees. While I waited for my order, six people stood at the register before leaving without being served. They were fortunate to escape. If you’re looking for better service and a more enjoyable experience, I recommend going to the Panda next door.
I ordered a few sandwiches to take away, and to my dismay, one of them contained some metal pieces. Additionally, the grease from the fries was a dark brown, almost black, and it stained my hands and the fries due to the ink coming off the fry cups. While the staff was friendly, the cleanliness inside the restaurant was really disappointing. If a health inspector came in, I’m sure they would find multiple violations and possibly shut the place down. It’s unfortunate because this location used to be quite good!

The subs were delicious and made with excellent quality ingredients, and they were perfectly paired with fresh-cut fries. The customer service was top-notch as well. The venue was clean and well-sanitized, which is always a plus.
When it comes to sub sandwich places, I personally think Penn Station beats out Subway, Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Cousins, Quiznos, Potbelly, and Jimmy John's. Their subs are just too good to miss. If you’ve never been here before, what are you waiting for?
We ended up ordering quite a spread for just a couple of us: four different sandwiches, fries, lemonades, cheese breads, and everything was spot on. Our customization requests were perfectly fulfilled, the sandwiches were well made, served hot, and tasted amazing. The fries were hot and crispy (incredible hand-cut fries!), and the lemonade was fresh and tangy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A big thank you to the team and the sandwich makers for a wonderful meal!
I came back tonight to grab some more of their delicious lemonade and was impressed by the efficient and friendly staff. They quickly prepared my order along with others. I noticed a young father who came in with his little daughter for dinner. She was crying, but the staff took the time to talk to her and got their order ready quickly so she could eat. The father even remarked on how wonderful the staff was and promised to come back!
Although the food was good the place is down right filthy. None of the tables were wiped down,food on the chairs,condiment station not wiped and garbage on it. Walking on the floors ?? Your foot kept sticking to the floor as probably from soda. Place had no business so they had plenty of time to take 5mins to wipe things clean 7158 needs a managerial intervention

Agree 100% with other reviews. I used to love this place. Haven't ordered in about a year due to super slow service, orders being wrong, sloppily put-together sandwiches (and tasted weird last time. Disappointing.
The only reason I'm giving them three stars and considering a return visit is their fresh hand-cut fries!
