If you want good food very friendly service and a great atmosphere this is the place to go, the portions are very generous so if you leave hungry it's your own fault, We love this restaurant, and we have tried to complete the entire menu, haven't managed it yet, as they change with the seasons, so no complaints there, we have eaten at this place as often as possible as a couple, with friends and for family celebrations. Now they are doing high teas haven't tried them yet but will be very soon!
Nice place to visit, staff are friendly and accommodating, food was very good.We visited for breakfast with the family and had a young child requiring a high chair. The staff were attentive and the restaurant was packed with patrons.The food was lovely and served to our table in a timely manner.This place caters for kids and has an out door dining facility as wellOverall a pleasant place to visit. The cost of the food was normal and and of a high quality.
I visited Carilley Estate for the first time and it definitely won't be my last. My family and I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were greeted by a friendly face and this warm hospitality continued throughout our meal. The staff were attentive and helpful without being too overwhelming. The food was delicious and the wine was excellent. The outdoor garden setting was lovely, and the play area kept the kids entertained.
The food was disappointing. Our large group was mostly unsatisfied with their meals. My supposed Barramundi dish was not authentic - thin and served skin-side up, it wasn't crispy as expected. Coffee shop busy but staff still very helpful friendly and good coffee skills great atmosphere restaurant felt a bit like an old school dining room, BUT great variety of food good portions well presented and well cooked, service was good and reasonably priced . Worth a drive out of town on a Sunday afternoon
The food at this restaurant was not well-prepared. The chips with squid were cold and old, making them inedible. The salad was just average. The prices were too high for the very basic and tasteless food that was served.
Was driving around and found this wonderful place. Wasn’t too sure at first if too posh. But no lovely place, lovely food. Polite staff. We sat inside as cooler. But worth it’s googled find!
