A traditional German style pub with amazing food!! I absolutely love the jagerschnitzel from their dinner menu. It comes with red cabbage (or creamed spinach) and speatzleand a small side of apple sauce. I always order and extra side of German potato salad to go with it. It’s amazing. Stumbled on this place w my friend on weekend in Peoria. Had lunch in this quaint little pub that oozed old style ambiance! No frills, great food.. Wiener schnitzel and beef special along w sausage skewers were all excellent. Beers on point. Just a cool place. This was the first time I had been here drove by numerous times a week my friend and I went out for date night and she took me here. The food was fantastic I will be back.
This is a homey, dark, neighborhood place. The staff are always great, and will allow substitutions. Food is awesome, we love it. It's a lot of food here, so no need to order appetizers, There are a ton of beers on draft, the staff can generally describe them really well which helps. The food was fantastic I will be back.
Great food and Beer. A small but plesant restaurant that serves a large selection of steins, fresh breads, red cabage, warm patato salad, spaetzle, etc… That makes you forget you are sitting in Peoria, IL. Reservations suggested during busy times. It's dark inside so be prepared if your eye sight is diminished.

Had dinner here before a Marcus King Band show. This is real German food and a great beer line up too.Prices are fair for the proportions. The staff is out standing, our waiter was great. Desert looked good, dinner was to big for our group to have any. We all be back!!!! Highly recommended.

german food, yummy. I wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good I couldn't stop. The service was very friendly and attentive. The bill was good for what you get.
All the staff members who served our table were super friendly yet not intrusive. The food was just wonderful. We even felt safe in the popular restaurant

Went a year ago. I had a couple of frankfurt sausages and my dad had a really juicy beeff. We loved. Best germany food of all town.
Real German food. I wish I lived in the restaurant bar. Bed, TV, hofbrau.
