Like others, I had heard amazing things about this place. The reviews seem to reflect that as well… but I truly would have rather ate Little Caesars. I heard good things about this restaurant, but I had a less-than-ideal experience here. The online menu states that the stuffed crust is a 45 minute wait. Hungry as we were, we opted to go with the Bourbon BBQ Pork with a pan crust, just because we assumed that would be a shorter wait. Slow service. Had a larger party (with reservation) and they forgot orders, took 2+ hours to cook a pizza, and pizza was undercooked since they were scrambling to correct their mistakes. They did comp the meals they messed up and they were apologetic. Could be a good spot with better management. 2nd time eating here. Gluten-free option for pizza only. Salad options are available for other food sensitivities. Salads are more than just lettuce and cheese. Great side salad. The pizza cook time is longer than fast food but worth the time. Great food.

Terrible drinks. The bartender, Di-Di overpours to the point where the drink tastes like gasoline. Shot sizes are also ginormous for no reason. They used to be my favorite place to go, but the owners just don’t care anymore.
Have been coming here for years. They have the best deep dish Chicago style pizza I've ever had. Every time I visit Peoria, I make coming here apart of my vacation with friends. Love it!
