I am absolutely impressed with this restaurant. I never thought anyone in the 956 area knew how to make birria until I discovered this gem. The owner, who hails from Jalisco, clearly knows their way around the grill. The staff is friendly, and I highly recommend trying the carne en su jugo on the weekends. It is a flavor explosion like nothing you've ever tasted before.
First time visiting, brought out of town family to eat tacos de Birria food was great only two things that could use improvement are the fountain drinks they were Pepsi products but tasted a bit off and the seating could be a little more comfortable our table wobbled a lot and the chairs were super uncomfortable but tacos were amazing
I was tired of burgers and decided to stop by this restaurant to try something different. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Stay tuned for a picture of the place later. I ordered Combo #2, which was enough food to fill me up. I will definitely be returning to try another combo.
Very good queso/birria tacos right here in north McAllen. 3 large double tortillas envelope melted cheese and braised beef, then fried. Dipping caldo was on point as were the the variety of sauces. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant on Taco Tuesday. The Birria and horchata were absolutely delicious, and the prices were great. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.
