What a beautiful view that was, my wife of 49 years and I on a romantic Valentine's Day evening in Puerto del Carmen. The place was perfect, with an excellent decor and position. Unfortunately, our booking was overlooked, but not necessary because only a quarter of the restaurant was full. This is not the Pepe Nero that it was earlier, nor are the employees! The restaurant was cold, welcoming and uncomfortable. There was no way to pay with credit card/debit card, seems they just wanted cash. We knew something went out when we went through the door when we visited this place for many years. It didn't last five minutes and went right back. Avoid!
