While the inside dining room exuded a cozy and sophisticated vibe, we were seated under the tent outside — an hour after our reservation time. Unfortunately, the outdoor atmosphere felt a bit lacking compared to the indoor area. I had a lovely birthday lunch here last week. Unfortunately it may have been a one off. My husband had lunch there today and he ordered me the Octopus salad to bring home. I was not happy to see there was maybe three tiny slices of Octopus total. I believe in notifying a business if something is less than satisfactory. I spoke to the manager who was too busy really unconcerned about what I had to say. I will look into it was all she could muster and just barely. Nice views and top prices. Don 't bother.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing!!! It's more than just a place to eat, it's an entire experience!!! The atmosphere is breathtaking!! With a view that is unmatched, fantastic live music, and food that is beyond words delicious!!! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy!! We celebrated our mom's 80th birthday here and we are already looking forward to coming back!! THANK YOU for providing us with a truly unforgettable experience that we will always cherish!!
Despite the decent food, the restaurant is overpriced and the service is almost unbearable. The only redeeming factor is the view. Manager Therese is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and completely clueless about customer service. There are plenty of better options on the North Fork, so this restaurant is not a worthwhile use of your time and money.

Excellent food, drinks, service and atmosphere! We had delicious mussels, charred octopus, Branzino, shrimp over bucatini and salmon! Every dish was great!
I have never been disappointed by Waypoint. I highly suggest trying their Lobster Ravioli. The service has been exceptional.
