I've been to a bunch of the top tasting menus in nyc but this one definitely lives up to the hype (along with Atomix and the original eleven madison). Love the excuse to get extra dressed up. Oysters and pearls is so beautiful and memorable and purely delicious no wonder its the most famous dish in the country she really is that girl and the dessert course really brings the wow factor. I don't think any of the supplements we added on were worthwhile (we added on the foie gras and the wagyu which ended up being an extra $200+ on an already $1200+ meal and thats without alcohol) so unless you're a huge fan I'd just stick with the actual menu. Food was absolutely amazing! Service was somehow even better thanks to Isaiah and their entire staff. We have traveled the world trying to eat at as many Michelin star’d restaurants that we can and this one tops our list. We had the unfortunate experience dining at La Bernardin the night before so we had very high hopes for Per Se and they far and away exceeded our expectations. All I can say is WOW! One of my favorite dining experiences so far.

Dies könnte ein Juwel von einem Ort sein, aber in der Nacht, in der wir zu Abend gegessen haben, hatten sie wenig Personal, das Essen brauchte lange, um an unseren Tisch zu kommen, und schien dann übertrieben. Leider war es zu kalt, sonst scheint dies der perfekte Ort zu sein, um draußen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss, im Freien und voller energetischer Stadtstimmung zu sitzen.
Ich habe dieses Restaurant jedes Mal geliebt, wenn ich dort war, aber für das Essen in der Innenstadt war das Essen absolut schrecklich. Wir alle drei haben das Essen gehasst, und es ist bedauerlich, dass ich der Meinung bin, dass ich in der Vergangenheit so schreckliches Essen servieren konnte. Sehr enttäuschend und eine riesige Verschwendung von Geld und Zeit.
Das Essen war nicht heiß, bestenfalls lauwarm. Der Server konnte nach dem Abendessen keine einfachen Fragen zum Menü oder zur Feuerwerkskreuzfahrt beantworten. Sehr enttäuscht von der ganzen Mahlzeit. Feuerwerk wir sind super!
