This restaurant seems to be struggling in the post-pandemic world, likely facing management challenges. To start, there was broken glass all over the stairs leading to the entrance, and ants were crawling on the bar. Our water glasses were dirty, which definitely wasn't a great beginning to our evening. We hoped the food and drinks would redeem the experience, but unfortunately, they did not. We tried three different appetizers, all of which were remarkably mediocre, and the drinks were overwhelmingly sweet with too much juice. My wife could barely finish a quarter of her cocktail. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to explore the downtown area beyond the typical brew pub or burger joint. This was our second visit in just over a month, and we absolutely love the decor and ambiance—it's a really cool place! Both the food and service have been outstanding, and the staff is very professional. The menu is somewhat limited, but it seems like they regularly update it, which might be part of their strategy. The experience was underwhelming. To start, I had confirmed via OpenTable the day before for our reservation time. Then the day of, I got a voicemail from the restaurant to confirm. After calling back multiple times, I was unsuccessful in speaking with someone to confirm. Forty-five minutes before our reservation time, I got a text via OpenTable that our table was ready. When we arrived, we didn’t have any issues being seated. The menu was great for appetizers and munchies, but there was not a lot of variety. Most everything seemed Friday and the meal options seemed pale in comparison to the starter options.
Made a reservation, showed up and they weren’t aware, asked for a open table in the corner and was advised it was for “vips”. At the end of the night the corner we wanted to sit in ended up being storage for all the tables, since I guess this restaurant is also a night club. Food was over priced, and rather unimpressive, server was very friendly and helpful.
The wings were fantastic! The steak was incredible, but the mashed potatoes were served lukewarm. Even after I asked for a second serving, they were still not very warm. Our server was friendly and accommodating, which was great. However, the ambiance could use some improvement; it felt a bit too bright and too cold.
We went early for dinner on a Wednesday, so super quiet. The hostess was also our server and she was lovely. Small menu, but they did have one vegetarian entree, mushroom risotto, which was delicious. It would be great if their current menu was posted to their website. Will go again!
Beautiful weather and lots of outdoor seating, but they didn’t allow outdoor seating. “It’s too dirty out there, sorry” but it looked just fine, what a shame. So we had to sit inside facing the sun. Aperols kinda small. Staff were nice though!Wouldn’t come back.
