El restaurante Percor(Coria) ofrece un amplio recetario basado en la cocina tradicional extremeña con toques modernos.Dentro de los platos destacados se encuentra la ensalada de mollejas de pato con compota de manzana con vainilla y vinagreta de Módena o sus manitas de cerdo rellenas de mollejas de cordero lechal y boletus Edulis.También sirve excelentes postres como el bizcochito de chocolate templado.
