The food has always been delicious but the wait is the longest I have ever known! Both times we have placed the order online for delivery and it tells you a time but soon after you get an email saying it will be considerably later. And then it doesn’t even come at that time. I placed my order at 5pm, at 625pm I got a call to say it was being prepared and one of my items was not available. I find this wait hard to take when so many other takeaways arrive much quicker that that. 2 hours from order to arrival is really not acceptable and to find out an hour and a half after you order that you can’t have what you want is pretty poor really
Used to like Percys, ordered tonight at 18:10 for 19:40. At 20:20 I called to be told it would be leaving in a few minutes. Cut a long story short it finally turned up at 21.10.......food was luke warm at best and frankly, gross. Used to love Percys in the early days but you’ve gone downhill. It’s pricey food which is fine if the standard is high but tonight I feel like you’ve robbed me.........also sort your phone lines out, frustrating when your foods mega late but even more so when it takes almost as long for you to answer the phone. Never again
I ordered takeout for 6:30 pick-up and it was ready on time. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. I tried the bark breeze, pulled pork, and grilled chicken. The marinades on all the dishes were flavorful and the fries were crispy and delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
If you're looking to wait over two hours for a delivery that was initially promised in one hour, only to receive lukewarm food, missing sauces, and macaroni and cheese that’s rock hard, then this is the place for you! It's really disappointing because you used to be one of the best in MK. We won’t be ordering from here again.

our first time that percy has tried on a recommendation and it was excellent! I had the houseburger, a side of the houseberries and gravy and hubby had the flat hotdog and ridden and we both loved eating. unfortunately we live 35 miles away, but fortunately we will order again from percy if we are in milton keynes.
used to adore percys! gone right downhill! 2.5hrs wait. when i did call they told me on 2 occasions food left 10mins ago. when it finally arrived it was lukewarm and dry. used to be a treat but now its just given us the hangry hump.
the best burger place in milton keynes. great value for what they get, always delivered in the time and hot, perfectly cooked and delicious. except the mais. I don't really understand the price of the mais. but still buy!
Percy’s has always been my favourite place to eat in MK but its slowly been on the decline until it reached a new low tonight when, after waiting a little over 2 hours for my food, I received a mouldy burger bun.

What have you done to your gravy Percy’s.? It used to be thin, but outstandingly delicious. Now it tastes like you’ve added Bisto to it. Please can we have the original gravy...?
Order placed and confirmed at 6.45 received at 9.15 despite being told it would be here at 8.05 So after a 2 half hour wait I received some cold food ???? won’t be returning
