I took a co-worker who follows a kosher diet to this restaurant, and we were both impressed by the food. The hummus was fantastic, the chicken and rice were excellent, and the pita bread was delicious. I deducted one star because the falafel was a bit dense, but I understand that fried items can be tricky to get just right. A note for those who, like me, don’t adhere to kosher dietary laws: kosher options are often pricier, and I won’t go into the reasons here. However, we felt that the price was reasonable given the quality of the food.
This is a great place to come for Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine. It's a fast food type but the food is much better than usual. We love ordering the schwarma here, both as platters and in a pita or laffa. Nice fresh salads, great meats, we come here often. Updated 4/19 Still awesome, we typically order the schwarma plate with grilled vegetables as both sides dishes. Never fails. The owner is also very nice, gives out large portions of food, I am never hungry after leaving this place.
I ordered a couple of pita sandwiches on grubhub and it was horrid. I'm not sure if they simply do not know how to package a sandwich for delivery (I would have had to assemble my own from the included ingredients which is nuts with a pita). perhaps dining in this restaurant is a wonderful experience. But the meat tasted unappetizing to me and didn't seem to be grilled? I wound up throwing out the whole thing and ordering a second lunch. from somewhere else. My advice- avoid.
I met my sister and great nephew here for lunch. We had two shawarma in pita, and one falafel in pita. All items were tasty and we had Israeli salad with the meal. It?s been many years since I last had shawarma and I was impressed by how tasty and moist the meat was. The website shows a dining room, but only a counter is in the store. We were able to sit next to each other, so it wasn?t a problem. The photo was taken on the way out, after many customers had the shawarma.

I've had Laffa Shawarma and Laffa chicken. Tastes good, good portion and fairly priced. Very few selections of add-ons to your meal, the place itself is as basic as it gets, but clean. Will occasionally return since there are no other options for Israeli Shawarma in the area.
This is the place to eat when your in Bergen County. Delicious middle eastern food in the heart of Fair Lawn, really hits the stop. Yaron is the best and all the staff are very friendly as well. 10/10 recommend
