Have been to this location and have had great service when served by Alexis but on other visits when she?s not been there we have been served by Jason and his service was and terrible he when serving people comes to the table doesn?t introduce himself and doesn?t come back to check on the table after he takes the order for drink refills or to ask us how everything is. This last time we went to this location we once again requested Alexis and she wasn?t there we requested to sit on the side she serves on but it according to Jason was closed. We requested not to get Jason because his customer service is so bad but even with the server we had he would come up to our table because we requested b...
We have eaten here several times in recent months and have found the food and service to be excellent. The food is always perfected thanks to Mrs Pat and if there is a problem, they do it right. Undoubtedly, Whitney is the best server. She is always friendly and welcomes us. Mostly Whitney knows how to offer their customers the best service in a very professional way. The owners of these Perkins can be proud of how they are now operated.
Visited This Perkins today looking Forward to a Turkey Club, told the waitress we needed a few minutes for my wife to review the menu. Well the server did not return so after 25 minutes we left with no approach from the host or the other server who ignored us as well. But hey the tea was good. Visited 10-26-22.
Everything was wonderful, food, service, and timeliness. However, we were concerned about our waitress. Each time she came to our table, she went to the back which was right near where we were sitting, and coughed and coughed. Food was okay. Harsh browns were a little bit too greasy. I would have loved to see them having also more meat options like Turkey bacon but they didn’t. Men’s restroom was nasty so that makes me wonder how their kitchen was. Overall it was okay but we won’t be coming back.
Tony, that seated me was so kind. I told him I just moved to town, and he was so warm welcoming! The food was fresh hot. Every server looked happy worked together. The whole restaurant was spotless. I now enjoy the email coupons!
I visit the Perkins in Winter Springs a few times a month and have never been disappointed by the service or food portions. Sherry and Whitney are very professional, cute, and friendly. Never had a bad experience at this Perkins.
