The breakfast menu offers a fantastic variety of options. The food is served piping hot and is visually appealing. I enjoyed the Country Fried Steak, and the over-easy eggs were cooked just right. This is a great spot for those on a budget who are looking for value. The menu has been refreshed, introducing some delightful new desserts. The Strawberry Cream Cheese Crispers were lightly fried, fresh, and absolutely amazing. A standout dish was the hearty chicken biscuits with gravy; the chef truly excelled in seasoning and presentation. I also had a quick meal of Pot Roast Stroganoff, a Garden Salad, and a slice of Lemon Meringue Pie, all of which were delicious!
I enjoy going to Perkins for the occasional breakfast or brunch, but today there were random small pieces of Lint in my toast and at the edge of my bacon, and it seemed to be small pieces of it as spinach looked at the cutting edges of the toast. I just wanted to give this feedback so that the kitchen can think about where this ointment could come and prevent it from happening again in the future. Great food and service otherwise!
Marlisa, the hostess, was fantastic in her kindness and customer service. I had to wait a little longer for a Grubhub order as they were very busy, and she offered me a free drink while waiting. I saw them with other customers and I was very impressed! She was friendly, open and helpful. She informed about my order until today.
As always, Perkins for the win. Our greeter was personable and he was thoughtful of my fathers needs (a walker). Our waiter was on top of everything and a genuine good person. I ordered Mr. Beast burger though them. The fries were extremely soggy. The burger lacked taste. I bit into the double stacked burger and got nothing but bun. I'm extremely disappointed in this Mr. Beast. I guess ny expectation was higher, seeing that it has Mr. Beast sticker and boxes... *sighs* *smh*
How is it possible to deliver a salad without any dressing? It was just a bowl of lettuce—very disappointing. Additionally, you forgot to include my children's drinks. You used to be really reliable with your deliveries, but now it seems things have changed. What happened?
The menu options are ideal for breakfast. The food is served hot with a good appetite flair. My land Fried Steak was good and the light eggs were right. This is a good place to stop when you are on a budget and want more for your money.
